If they insist, then that’s ok.

Yes, we will provide a purple bin for back-of-house.

Yes, if they have cleaned it, but we’d prefer they return the cups in the Lendable bins to reduce the number taken home and forgotten about.

This pays for the collection and washing. Customers can avoid the charge by bringing their own cup or sitting in with a ceramic mug.

No! We want to ensure the cups can be reused and ink may not come off. Please use stickers if using a name-on-cup system.

Direct them to scan the QR code on the cup or the marketing materials at the till points or on tables – this takes them to a Lendable website including all FAQs.
